If the user uses this Site or Services to transmit information or materials to LLC Vankor-oil, the user must ensure that such information is neither confidential nor proprietary, as LLC Vankor-oil will deem all such information or materials so transmitted to be non confidential and non-proprietary and may use them without restriction, and without payment to or consent of the user. Such use will include without limitation, the right to reproduce, show, convey and disseminate such information and materials within LLC Vankor-oil and its affiliated companies.
 LLC Vankor-oil provides on this Site crude and condensate Supply Web Application Service ("SWAS"), access to which is restricted to certain customers of LLC Vankor-oil. Customers may upon authentication of identity log in to view certain particulars and data relating to their contract for the supply of crude and condensate for information only.
 These Terms shall apply to SWAS. The general Terms and Conditions of the Sale Contract between the customer and LLC Vankor-oil will also apply and will not be deemed to be modified or amended by these Terms. However, the status of particular consignments, vessel nominations and lifting details vary. The customer may rely upon such data as it varies from time to time only if the variation is requested to be validated as at a particular date by the customer contacting LLC Vankor-oil by email, fax or telex and LLC Vankor-oil confirms such validation. Otherwise, LLC Vankor-oil accepts no liability whatsoever for the accuracy or completeness of the customer's data or information accessed through SWAS or the customers inability for any reason to access such data or information.
 This agreement and these Terms and the use of this Site and Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of This Agreement is valid for any and all transaction between the parties herein and shall be governed by the enforceable law in All Commonwealth Country’s, European Union Country’s, USA Courts, or under Swiss Law in Zurich, in the event of dispute, the arbitration laws of states will apply.
